This label typically lists the model number, serial number, and manufacturing date. If the label is faded or missing, you might need to rely on identifying features like the embossment pattern (the design stamped into the metal) or the hardware configuration. Taking clear photos of the inside and outside of the door—specifically the joints between sections—can help a professional identify exactly what you need.
